Paris, November 28, 2024.  VINCI Energies France, Ivalua and Cyrias presented this week their innovative procurement transformation strategy at a dedicated event focused on procurement digitalization. This ambitious project, which involves more than 10,000 users, streamlines procurement processes, enriches buyer searches and improves overall supply chain management.

For several years now, Ivalua and Cyrias have been supporting VINCI Energies France in the digitization of its procurement processes. Thanks to this approach, VINCI Energies France now benefits from :

A simplified user experience leading to concrete results 

One of the major innovations of this project was making Ivalua available to all field employees. Known internally as EasyMobilité, this solution enables operational staff to manage their purchasing requests directly from tablets or smartphones, via an intuitive interface. Implemented in just six months, EasyMobilité has reduced errors, accelerated processes, and standardized orders, all while simplifying the user experience.

For VINCI Energies France, this procurement transformation project, supported by the Ivalua solution, represents an essential lever for optimizing its supply chain, gaining in efficiency and reinforcing its commitment to sustainable performance.
